Location: This property has the perfect location for a stay in the beautiful City of St. Joseph. It is located across the street from Lake Michigan between Lions Park Beach and Silver Beach. Both less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Walk to downtown St. Joseph from this home in 5 or 6 minutes. Stroll downtown to shop or have a nice dinner, walk over to the South Pier and enjoy the view of our Lake Michigan or just walk the beach. It’s all right there just steps from your front door.
Keys are provided upon check in: A Be Our Guest representative will greet you upon arrival to provide keys and answer any questions that you might have.
Basics include: WIFI access, TV, gas grill, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning, and 2 off street parking spots. The laundry room is on the first floor with an adjacent sun room.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished with all the cookware and dishes you will need. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and range.
Dining: There is dining table in the open floor plan that will accommodate 6. Plus a eat-at-the-bar area in the kitchen.
Living room: The living room area has plenty of seating to comfortably watch TV. The outside deck has seating for outdoor dining.
Unique to this house is the feeling like you are in heart of all the activity but with private space at the same time. There is an upper deck to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or a sunset glass of wine.
Maximum number of guests is 8 unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum will result in the forfeiture of monies paid and termination of occupancy. Be Our Guest homes are not to be used for any parties or special events.
Pets: No pets are allowed at any time.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights
This property books only for 1 week or 1 group per month due to city ordinance.
